“Michelle is amazing, she has been working with us now for a couple of months and we cannot praise her enough. Everything is professional and to a very high standard. Her background working on luxury charters clearly set her up for a gold standard of service. All the things you would expect are done to a very high level, but it is the additional touches that really make the difference. For example, the way she leaves a room is not just clean but she has arranged throws (blankets) beautifully, and even the loo rolls are left looking like a work of art. See picture of one of today’s creations attached below. Michelle is also super friendly, extremely hard working and an absolute pleasure to have visiting our home. She is definitely an ‘A Star’ cleaner who goes above and beyond.
